Conference Date & Venue

All sessions will be held on 21-22 June 2018 in Brussels.

Registration

The registration fee is €800+VAT. The fee covers attendance in all panels plus attendance at the showcases, B2B & B2G meetings, documentation and 1 lunch and 2 breaks. There is a separate fee to attend the workshop and to attend the Special session. Both the workshop and Special session have limited availability and are allocated on a first come first served basis. Note that registration at the conference is required in order to attend the special session and the WORKSHOP ON COMPLIANCE.

Conference Official Language

The official language will be English.  If participants need an interpreter, they are requested to inform the conference secretariat before 10 June 2018. The fee for an interpreter will be paid by the participant.

Visa Arrangements

Visas will be arranged by the organizers. Registration must be completed and all documents must be submitted by 31 May 2018.

Cancellation

Should a registered delegate be unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate may take his/her place. In case of cancellation before 5 June 2018, 20% will be deducted from the paid registration fee and the remainder will be returned to the delegate. There will be no refunds after 5 June 2018.
